- WHERE IS ALPINE ARROWS DESIGN BASED?
- Alpine Arrows Design is currently based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are in the process of expanding to the Salt Lake City, Utah area. All of our work is completed in our Colorado Springs shop with shipping available anywhere in the US - including overseas Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
- You will receive a quote in 24 hours or less after filling out our Custom Order Form. A time estimation will be provided on an order by order basis, to accommodate items that may be in stock and ready to ship or possibly backordered and can take longer. We always aim for as quick a turnaround as possible, typically between 1-3 business days.
- WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
- We have no order minimums. Order as little or as many as you need. We do have Bulk Discounts available for larger volume orders.
- DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY OR FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT?
- Yes. Active military, veterans, and first responders get 10% off any order - just email us at admin@alpinearrowsdesign.com to receive your discount. Verification may be requested for high-volume orders. Alpine Arrows Design is itself veteran-owned, so this is a baseline, not a marketing promotion.
- WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?
- We are flexible and can likely enhance image quality if needed. PNG and SVG are preferred if available.
